           I have written to the Attorney General of British Columbia.  I have not received a reply to my letters of 12 August and 15 October 1998 (copy attached).

           I am somewhat concerned by the silence of your Attorney General.  Are you aware of any problems with his correspondence unit?  Would you be so kind as to ask your Attornet General if he is aware of the existence of my letters.  Thank you.
